Located in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, is a place of refuge for wonderful orphaned, abused, and abandoned children ages 4 to 18. "Talita Cumi" means "Child arise"! It speaks to the spirit of these children, and children everywhere, whose resiliency rises above the apparent limitations of their situations.
