José David is from the town of Yapacaní. After his father abandoned his family, his mother apparently had a nervous breakdown. The neighbors noticed that the mother was no longer caring for her child and so he was taken away to child services in his town. He was later transferred to Santa Cruz child services and about one year ago they called us to see if we could take him in. We will be performing an independant investigation on José David's case. |
