Teofila's father is from Potosí. Teofila came to Santa Cruz to work with one of her cousins, who promised to pay her a salary of $53 a month. She reneged on her promise and exploited Teofila for labor. She came to live with us 3 years ago. Until we can find her father, she will remain in the home for her own safety and protection. Please pray that we would find her parents so she could return to Potosí. |
